Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a digital product, download, template, framework, guide, toolkit, workbook, prompt library, or other digital asset has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Digital Product Policy

All Planet X products are delivered electronically and become immediately accessible after purchase. Because digital products cannot be returned in the same manner as physical goods, we do not provide refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Accidental purchases
• Failure to read product descriptions
• Lack of technical knowledge
• Perceived lack of results
• Compatibility issues outside of stated requirements
• Failure to download or access files after delivery

Exceptions

A refund may be considered only if:

• The product was not delivered.
• The download link is non-functional and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
• The customer was charged multiple times for the same order.

All requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
